We’ve got you covered. Learn all about our warranty coverage below. For product-specific details, refer to the Warranty section on each product page. Please note that all commercial purchases include a 1-year warranty on every product (excluding pillows). Your warranty is activated from when you receive the product. This cover applies to the original buyer and is not transferable.
Wall Bed Warranty
Our Wall Beds are built to last. Every model includes a 5-year warranty, with the exception of the Eco and Simple ranges, which are covered for 3 years. In addition, all Wall Bed internal opening mechanisms are covered by a 15-year warranty for normal use against manufacturing defects.
Claiming your warranty
If you’ve used our assembly service and mattresses, your warranty is automatically covered. If you’ve chosen to assemble the product yourself or use your own mattress, you’ll need to submit our warranty form.
This form will be sent to you after your order is placed and will ask for a few details and photos of your installation and mattress depth.
Defects in manufacturer workmanship are covered by the limited warranty, such as:

Missing parts

Incorrect placement of screw holes and joints

Inconsistent sizing of furniture parts

Defects in material finishes and integrity
What is not covered under the limited warranty:

Damage due to normal wear and tear.

Damage due to natural disasters

Accidental damage or damage resulting from improper use of the furniture

Damage caused by faulty assembly and installation

Damage caused by using harsh cleaning solutions

Custom modifications
Folding Tables
Our Folding Tables come with a 2-year warranty.
Sofas & Headboards
Our sofas and headboards include a 2-year warranty covering defects such as seam failure, fabric separation, nap loss, and discolouration.

What is not covered under the limited warranty on Fabric:

Improper cleaning

Scratches or gouges

Stains, heat marks, or watermarks

Imprints or ink marks

Abuse or neglect

Cushion settling

Fabric shrinkage or wrinkling

Normal wear and tear
Mattresses & Pillows
Our mattress warranties vary by brand. You can find the specific warranty details for each mattress in the Warranty section on its product page. Please note that a warranty does not cover pillows.

Additional warranty
We offer an additional 2-year or 3-year warranty on all products for an additional cost.
Damage Claims
All packages are 100% insured.
Please note that all damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, or once the product has been assembled — whichever occurs first.
Terms & Conditions
Once the bed has been installed, the warranty becomes void if the bed is moved and relocated.
